History:
75-year-old male. Symptoms of severe headache and generalized pruritis.Physical Examination:
Spleen palpable 10 cm. below left costal margin. Liver palpable 3 cm. below the right costal margin. The rest of the exam was within normal limits.Laboratory Investigations:
